I’m a freelance documentary photographer based in the Washington, DC area focused on partnering with nonprofits and NGOs to create visual stories that raise social awareness and inspire action.
After working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in clinics and schools and as a Graduate Clinical Supervisor at The George Washington University, I’ve shifted the interpersonal and observational skills honed as a therapist and clinical educator toward the craft of documentary photography and visual storytelling. My dedication to serving children and families fuels my passion to continue work on issues surrounding education and health.
Creating visual stories that raise social awareness and help drive change is my passion. It’s a privilege to be invited into the lives of children, families and those that serve them and I'm dedicated to helping shed light on their stories.
